I will use this map at the top of my blogs until I can figure out how to make a more personal background/template. I watched the video about that and gave up on the 5th step. Thanks anyhow Babs and I will return to it eventually to help me get smarter here. I just seem to have systems overload right now. However, I am happy to have learned the things I have and to have 10 people following my blogs so far. I had planned on Multiply to keep it under 10 and ended up with 30. I learned that folk often go weeks without blogging as they go on holidays or have a crisis, so I can handle 30 if I have to. It still felt personal. I didn't feel like I was doing generic writings.
I looked up Dana/Danuh, as in the Irish goddess, and found this picture. My grand-daughters and I are really into fairies right now. Well we have always been into them. But now we are doing some research and finding out that Dana was special in Irish mythology. Our wee fairy grand-daughter Dana is our corn fairy. All fairies have talents. I will ask her tomorrow what her's are. One might be just being cute.
Your beautiful granddaughter looks like a faerie in that picture! Blogger takes some time to learn, but once you navigate around a few times, it gets much easier. I am happy you are here! Safe travels!
ReplyDeleteKaryn.. I'm so glad you watched that video...LOL.. There was on that I used and it helped out so much....
ReplyDeleteAnd Golly Moses.. You have more friends or followers than me.. I'm jealous...lol.. That is what I have to figure out.. where I can find those that I had on my Multiply site..
Can't you invite your followers on Multiply by sending them a personal message and copying your Blogger details to them Barbara ?

ReplyDeleteI did look that up and gleaned some new information. the old tales are fascination. Our Dana doesn't mind being called a Goddess at all but would rather be a princess.
